E. Rights to Access, Correct and Eliminate Information About You
You have a right to access, modify, correct and eliminate the data you supplied to Kidinmi. If you update any of your information, we may keep a copy of the information that you originally provided to us in our archives for uses documented in this policy. You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting Kidinmi. We will respond to your request within 30 days. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce this Agreement.
G. Other Data Collection
We may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.
Use of Your Personal Information
A. Consent to Kidinmi Processing Information About You
The information you provide to Kidinmi may reveal, or allow others to identify, your nationality, ethnic origin, gender, age, and other aspects of your life.
By providing information to us for the purposes of creating your User account or adding any additional details to your Kidinmi profile, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and Kidinmi’s User Agreement that allow Kidinmi to process information about you. Supplying information to Kidinmi, including any information deemed “sensitive” by applicable law, is entirely voluntary on your part.
You have the right to withdraw your consent to Kidinmi’s collection and processing of your information at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the User Agreement, by contacting Kidinmi, or by deactivating your account, but please note that your withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.

We may send you a series of emails that help inform new Users about the features of the Services, and we will also send you service messages relating to the functioning of the Services.
C. User Communications
Communications that you initiate through the Kidinmi website, like a request for a connection, will list your name as the initiator but will not include your personal email address contact information.
D. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Kidinmi takes the privacy of our Users very seriously, and we do not sell, rent, or otherwise provide your personally identifiable information to third parties, except as described in this policy.
Kidinmi may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Kidinmi, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Kidinmi will disclose your personal information, without notice, only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Kidinmi or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Kidinmi; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Kidinmi, or the public.

We offer search services to help find Kidinmi Users locate other Users in the Service. We use information from User profiles to support and refine our search service.
F. Service Providers
We give your information to the people and companies that help us provide, understand and improve the services we offer. For example, we may use outside vendors to help host our website, process payments, store data, analyze data, or other functionality. In all of these cases our partners must agree to only use your information consistent with the agreement we enter into with them, as well as this Privacy Policy.
G. Disclosures to Others as the Result of a Change in Control or Sale of Kidinmi LLC.
In the event that Kidinmi is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, we may transfer to the new owner so that they can continue to operate the Service. The new owner will still be required to honor the promises set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Your Information Choices
A. Accessing and Changing Your Account Information
As a registered user of Kidinmi, you can review the personal information you provided to us and make any desired changes to the information you publish, or to the settings for your Kidinmi account including your email and contact preferences, at any time by logging in to your account on the Kidinmi website. Please be aware that even after your request for a change is processed, Kidinmi may, for a time, retain residual information about you in its backup and/or archival copies of its database.
B. Deactivating Your Account
If you want to stop using your account, you can deactivate it.
Deactivation
Deactivating your account puts your account on hold. Other Users will no longer be able to visit your homes, but we do not delete any of your information. Deactivating an account is the same as you telling us not to delete any information because you might want to reactivate your account at some point in the future. You can deactivate your account on your account settings page.
Your connections will still see you listed in their cliques while your account is deactivated.
Your Obligations to Other Users
As a User, you have certain obligations to other Users. Some of these obligations are imposed by applicable law and regulations, and others have become commonplace in user-friendly communities of like-minded members such as Kidinmi:
- You must, at all times, abide by the terms and conditions of the then-current Privacy Policy and User Agreement. This includes respecting all intellectual property rights that may belong to third parties (such as trademarks or photographs).
- You must not upload or otherwise disseminate any photos or information that may be deemed to be injurious, violent, offensive, racist or xenophobic, or which may otherwise violate the purpose and spirit of Kidinmi and its community of Users.
- You must keep your username and password confidential and not share it with others.
Any violation of these guidelines may lead to the restriction, suspension or termination of your account at the sole discretion of Kidinmi.
Important Information
A. Children and Minors
Kidinmi does not provide accounts to children under the age of thirteen and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at admin@esmtgroup.com.
If we become aware that a child under thirteen has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account.
B. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without advance notice. In the event there are significant changes in the way we treat your personally identifiable information, or in the Privacy Policy document itself, we will display a notice on the Kidinmi website or send you an email, so that you may review the changed terms prior to continuing to use the site. As always, if you object to any of the changes to our terms, and you no longer wish to use Kidinmi, you may deactivate your account. Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that Kidinmi has about you and your account.
Using the Kidinmi Services after a notice of changes has been sent to you or published on our site shall constitute consent to the changed terms or practices.
Security
In order to help secure your personal information, access to your data on Kidinmi is password-protected, and sensitive data (such as credit card information) is protected by SSL encryption when it is exchanged between your web browser and the Kidinmi website. To protect any data you store on our servers, Kidinmi also regularly audits its system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we use a tier-one secured-access data center. However, since the internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Kidinmi.
